CoSolutions, Inc. is seeking an AV/VTC Technician to join the team at Fort Meade, MD. You will be supporting the Fleet Cyber Command/US Tenth Fleet Systems Integration Division (FCC/C10F N64). U.S. Fleet Cyber Command reports directly to the Chief of Naval Operations as an Echelon ll command and is responsible for Navy information network operations, offensive and defensive cyberspace operations, space operations and signals intelligence. U.S. Fleet Cyber Command serves as the Navy component command to U.S. Cyber Command, the Navy space component to U.S. Strategic Command, and the Navy’s Service Cryptologic Component Commander under the National Security Agency/Central Security Service. Work Hours: hours of operation are from 0700 to 1600 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and command decision for late arrivals and/or early departures. Responsibilities:
Provide support for NMCI NIPR/SIPR Desktops and Laptops, NSAnet TS/SCI Desktops and Laptops for approximately 350 Users via the Navy/Marine Corps Intranet Program and Groundbreaker Program respectively.
Provide Video Teleconference/Multi-Media resources on NIPR, SIPR and TS/SCI networks.
Provide the technical, managerial, and administrative support necessary to ensure the effectiveness and integrity of the project and assigned staff.
Support to include printer maintenance, data transfer agent functions, routine cable maintenance, equipment inventory.
Triage end user trouble tickets, assist with fault isolation and provide a remedy or direct users to the appropriate department/office for action
Create user accounts on any of three networks, NIPRNET SIPRNET, and facilitate password resets as required
Provide day-to-day end user support with Microsoft Office software to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Provide day-to-day support in the scheduling and running of Video Teleconferencing (VTC) sessions for command customers
Provide NMCI Assistant Contract Technical Representative (ACTR) Support. REQUIREMENTS * Clearance: U.S. Citizenship, TS/SCI with CI Poly
* Education:High School diploma
* Certifications: Active DoDD-8570 Tier ll compliant (Security+CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP) certification – REQUIREDActive
* Microsoft Operating System Certification (e.g. Windows 10) OR one (1) AV / VTC certification – HIGHLY DESIRED
* Experience: 5 years directly related experience in audio video support, help desk analysis in IT field and Intelligence Community support
* Independence in problem solving and analytical skills, time management, accountability and relationship skills and ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple priorities. * Strong PowerPoint skills to support presentation requirements of General Officer; Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
