Client Details A publically traded commercial real estate investment company.
Description Develop and lead the implementation of product marketing, communication and marketing plan to encourage brand awareness and sales.
Put together a strong digital marketing plan as fit for target customer.
Lead the design, creation, and distribution of brand content, investor communications, product material, PR assets, and more.
Collaborate with internal and external teams.
Building your own marketing team as fit to drive marketing strategy and long term business ignitatives.
Curator of all product marketing collateral with an indepth understanding of offerings.
Identify and execute key conferences and events (including sponsorships).
Manage external PR team and strategy.
Oversee analytics to optimize engagement, email and marketing automation.
Profile Experience in private equity, finance, and/or commercial real estate on a B2B marketing level.
10 years of experience in marketing, communications and developing B2B content Experience with a longer sales cycle, managing the funnel and building the marketing strategy and putting the pieces in place to execute for it.
Proven success curating a go-to-market strategy that aligns with business goals Comfortable speaking the finance, hedgefund, commercial real estate lingo and have a general understanding / product knowledge Experience managing external agencies, PR, internal or external.
Ability to come in and build out a marketing / content team from the ground up and be excited about the challenge.
Experience running trade shows, conferences and events.
Experience working closely with sales.
