VP Marketing & Sales Enablement

This is a Full-time position in Stamford, CT posted January 19, 2022.

Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, the Vice President of Marketing & Sales Enablement is the lead executive responsible for the planning, execution and reporting of Corporate Marketing initiatives within the Sales & Marketing organization. This role manages day to day operational activities and is responsible for all centralized Marketing analytics and reporting, including developing next generation measurement. This position will coordinate across multiple departments to ensure firm understanding of all programs and ensure all Sales departments have the necessary details to effectively implement, sell, and handle customers impacted by these initiatives.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

  • Organize cross-functional departments to effectively implement and market new programs and offers.
  • Develop strategic testing structures and platforms.
  • Develop metrics for success, including creating a next-generation marketing campaign measurement platform and providing reporting and analysis.
  • Develop marketing and sales processes to achieve operational efficiencies.
  • Implement and monitor controls to ensure programs and offers are implemented accurately and rate adjustments are accurately applied and messaged.
  • Monitor corporate marketing and sales programs to ensure deliverables are met throughout the project lifecycle (inception through implementation/evaluation).
  • Track and analyze results to drive marketing efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Manage and evaluate marketing campaigns, tests and makes recommendations.
  • Identify areas of opportunity for new programs and campaigns. Drive marketing ROI through innovative reporting and process improvements.
  • Communicate strategic goals and training details to Sales Channel owners.
  • Manage and leverage relationships with key external vendors and or partners.
  • Manage any assigned marketing operational budget.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as required or requested.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Skills /Abilities and Knowledge

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Knowledge of cable and mobile operations and products
  • Knowledge of offer positioning and effective value proposition
  • Knowledge of cable billing systems, CSG, ICOMS, and AMDOCS
  • Knowledge of analytics tools, including Adobe analytics, Microstrategy and Tableau
  • Ability to think strategically while understanding key critical details
  • Ability to execute cross-functional projects
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and procedures
  • Knowledge of various Marketing and Sales channels
  • Knowledge of how systems work and how to interpret data to drive analysis
  • Extensive project management experience
  • Ability to analyze/interpret data and continually evolve based on key learnings
  • Strong leadership capabilities allowing extensive impact and influence in a collaborative fashion
  • Proven problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to budget, forecast, advanced model, attribute and strategically test
  • Firm understanding of test and control methodologies
  • Ability to manage a team of highly specialized employees familiar with analytics
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related area of study AND / OR equivalent experience
