Temporary Marketing Assistant

Top asset management firm is looking for a Temporary Marketing Assistant for a minimum of 6 months.
This is a fully remote role as of now, but candidates must be open to going into the office in the new year.
The Temporary Marketing Coordinator is a key member of the Marketing Team, working closely with their manager and the Head of Marketing to execute on key department operations and executive initiatives.
The ideal candidate takes ownership of his or her work and must be organized and process-oriented with a ‘can do’ attitude.
The role requires the ability to multi-task, achieve quality results and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Day to day duties include a mix of marketing execution, department operations and executive support, including managing materials and inventory, compiling reports, processing invoices/expenses, assisting with onboarding new team members, scheduling and other ad hoc duties.
Hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm with an hour for lunch.
Hourly rate is based on experience.
