Sales Commercialization Mgr.
will participate in all aspects of the End to End Initiative selling and execution process.
They will help ORCHESTRATE the Plan, ENABLE the Sell, and TRACK the Execution.Function Specific Activities:The Sr.

provides an operational and commercial lens to support our #1 Global Foodservice Customer across the Coca-Cola portfolioTranslates customer opportunities to sales programs and promotionsOwns the development, maintenance, and evolution of the US Account Director Initiative ToolkitProvides Customer Marketing SME support and expertise to local agency partners pursuing beverage-led consumer promotions and programsPartners with our US Customer Marketing Team to advance key sales team capabilities and programs

consumer path-to-purchase programs, in-outlet media, digital activation and emerging media vehiclesOperationalizes customer specific marketing strategies and programs to enable successful sell in and execution across the 10 field Office and 56 Co-Op structure of our customerStewards internal cross-channel learning/opportunities and operating routines
– internal best practices, external best practices/speakersOwns sales initiative tracking and reporting to scale best practices quickly across the US Sales TeamRefines and augments the customer selling process by including relevant consumer insights correlated to category sales efforts (links the “why” to the “what”)Drives creative excellence and participates in creative review processAdvances key customer marketing capabilities across the US Sales Team e.g., message optimization, in-store media, merchandising, emerging marketing techniques and toolsPeople Leadership & Development:Drives Organizational EffectivenessSeeks out opportunities to enhance employee engagementMakes decisions on resource deployment, based on business/customer needs and field requestsSingle point of contact for National Marketing TeamAnnual Initiative Tracking and Progress ReportsInitiation of new program, promotion, or tacticConduit for both Sales and Marketing data, updates, and case studiesCorrelates program/promotional tactics to business performanceProvides perspective on national and local post promo analysisWork closely with Sales to track local initiative success/progressFocuses on building operational customer marketing expertise within US Sales team, as well as sharing best practices and applied learnings.Key Focus on building digital and delivery marketing expertise & capability with the customer teamThe ideal candidate will have excellent collaboration and influencing ability with experience across a multitude of disciplines: Operational Marketing, Commercialization, Customer Marketing and Sales/Customer Management.Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferredExperienceMinimum Required:7 years’ experience, in the consumer goods/beverages industryLeadership across multiple customersExperience developing and executing Customer Marketing strategies and plansExperience executing and/or composing initiative, brand, or program commercial plansPreferred Level:10 years’ experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages industryExtensive Marketing and Sales Experience (particularly in area of Shopper/Customer Marketing, Commercialization)Customer/Sales management experienceBrand management experienceSkillsMinimum Required:Planning experience; strategic thinkingProven track record for delivering sustainable results in collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams and other key internal/external stakeholdersApplication of effective influencing skills across wide variety of stakeholdersCommercial leadership
