JOB SUMMARYThe Associate of Digital Marketing Operations will be responsible for the consumer journey and sales that stem from the intersection of our websites and sales centers.

This role is a part of our Digital Marketing department that includes the management of digital tactics, the websites, and platforms where our consumers shop for Spectrum’s TV, Internet, Phone, and Mobile services.

While a part of Digital Marketing, this role will partner with several groups across the company that are critical to deliver the sales associated with the calls and chats that originate from our e-commerce platform.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyze performance of programs, and their impact on channel and company performanceCalibrate performance of sales calls, chats, and website usage to align quantitative data with qualitative contextModel expectations for Call, Chat, and Sales performanceDrive operational excellence across digital departmentsModel and measure impacts to volume and quality when website enhancements are launchedManage the trafficking of the phone numbers being reported and the associated meta data to ensure accuracy of the dataREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSSkills / Abilities and KnowledgeCapable of leveraging creative problem solving and strong analytical reasoning skills to solve problemsAbility to analyze and interpret data to make recommendations based on analysis and expertise.Excellent communication skills to facilitate communications between teams.Ability to lead formal presentations.Strong attention to detail.High level of motivation and self-direction.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and across corporate functions, while also having the ability to work independently.Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery.Ability to prioritize and organize effectively, to be well positioned for a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.Advanced Levels in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Microstrategy, and/or other reporting tools.Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.EducationBachelor’s degree required.
