Specialist, Regional Marketing

This is a Full-time position in London, AR posted October 17, 2021.

As the Regional Marketing Specialist you will join the Regional Marketing team, collaborating with marketing colleagues and different departments across the globe.

You will help deliver high impact marketing activities that drive revenue and brand awareness.

This is a full-time position located in central London .

We offer flexible workplace policies that can accommodate work from home candidates who are comfortable traveling to our London office location 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Regional Marketing team across EMEA, APAC, and AMER in the execution of the Marketing Strategy, Road Map, and achievement of relevant goals
  • Coordinate translation and localization process for the Regional Marketing team
  • Traffic manage marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and on-time delivery
  • Update global marketing calendar with global and regional campaign information
  • Proactively identify any potential timing issues in the campaign calendar and work with stakeholders to resolve
  • Execute marketing activities across multiple channels including LHW.com, email marketing, social media, PR, events, partnerships, and paid media
  • Build and execute email marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Create and maintain campaign landing pages and hotel content on LHW.com
  • Implement regional marketing tactics to help drive enrollment and engagement in LHW’s loyalty program, The Leaders Club
  • Track marketing and PR activities in Salesforce
  • Track marketing campaign results, help prepare reporting, and assist in building presentations
  • Coordinate marketing processes, planning activities, team meetings and more
  • Act as Scrum Master of the Marketing Campaigns & Promotions Agile Team

About you:

You are an excellent project manager with exceptional organizational skills and attention-to-detail.

You are ready to roll up your sleeves to coordinate marketing campaigns, team meetings, translations, and other marketing activities.

You are known for your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

You are known to be a team player, someone who is engaging and can create connections with colleagues, as well as a self-starter.

You are eager to learn, flexible, and embrace change.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Strong organization, project management, and prioritization skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Data-driven with an interest in analyzing campaign results
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Technical skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Online Meeting tools (such as Microsoft Teams)
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar) experience is an advantage but not required
    • Adobe Photoshop Experience is an advantage but not required
    • Experience working in online project collaboration software such as Jira and/or Confluence or other tools a plus
  • Fluent in English, additional languages preferred
