5000 list We are officially one of the fastest-growing private companies in America See our rank and the full list here: https://lnkd.in/ggUGydu The Opportunity The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for content creation and social media coordination including but not limited to content planning and content sourcing, social media monitoring and reporting in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

Additionally, this position is focused on increasing BCPs brand awareness throughout various marketing channels including YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.

What you will be doing Managing creative assets, copywriting, content creation, content scheduling, and community management across Pinterest, TikTok, and Twitter and not limited to Instagram and Facebook.

YouTube maintenance: collaborate with the creative teams to help create rich content videos.

Working closely with the brand marketing team to create engaging Instagram stories, Pinterest Idea Pins, and YouTube Shorts.

Stay current on the latest trends on TikTok by managing and following daily engagement in a high quality, manner to drive valuable engagement and views.

Consistently ideate on new ways to generate audience awareness, engagement, and reach.

Complete additional special projects including performance reporting and self-directed efforts.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

What you need for success Bachelors degree in communications and/or graphic strongly preferred.

Minimum 2 years experience writing, editing, and crafting content for a social media platform.

Exceptional and strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to capture and replicate an authentic voice of a brand and individual.

Required experience editing, uploading, and scheduling posts on TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.

Required experience with social media platforms, including, but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube.

Strong project management skills.

Self-starter with ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams, functions, and agencies, driving alignment and managing deadlines.

Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.

Experience in an e-commerce space is a plus.
