Social Media and Reputation Specialist We are looking for a Social Media and Reputation Specialist who will be responsible for developing and administering social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers and the company.
The Social Media & Reputation Specialist is responsible for assisting with and implementing social media initiatives and maintaining an online reputation for Battleground Kia of Greensboro.
The Social Media & Reputation Specialist will primarily work under the General Sales Manager in coordination with our marketing agency and carry out several tasks to facilitate campaigns for the company, including content management, distribution of information, and online and manufacturer guest relations.

You will create and assist in managing effective social media campaigns for the business.
We are looking for someone who has strong experience in social media & proven business skills for developing creative promotions and engaging social media content.
This is a digital marketing and reputation management position.
*You will be responsible for creating videos and photos to utilize on all social media platforms to drive engagement with the dealership.
*You will be responsible for exit interviews with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the purchase process.
*You will also be responsible for educating the consumer on the manufacturer’s survey process as well as to generate online positive reviews for the dealership.
Must haves: * Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
* Creative self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude.
* Familiarity with social media analytics.
* Experience with basic photo editing and video editing.
* Experience with mainstream social media platforms.
* Ability to work independently and in collaboration with the team.
* Must be able to work in short time frames and be motivated to get work done quickly.
* Familiarity with the business side of social media, insights, impressions, influencers etc.
* An interest in marketing, communications, social media and reputation management.
* Excellent attention to detail and a high motivation to learn.
* An ability to prioritize work and complete tasks with quick turnaround times.
* Experience in creating content for social media(video and photos).
* Experience in social media management.
* Develop and maintain a weekly and monthly social media calendar.
* Understand and monitor social media analytics by tracking key social media analytics on a regular basis and adjusting the strategies to optimize outreach.
* MUST bring creative and out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
* Create engaging social media content.
* Under the direction of the General Sales Manager, execute social media strategies, guidelines, promotional campaigns and day-to-day activities while optimizing and monetizing the dealership’s presence on Facebook, Instagram and other relevant social media platforms.
* Stay on top of key industry trends, competitive insights and emerging social media/marketing/e-commerce technologies and research competitor and industry leaders in social media.
* Must have 2+ years’ experience in social media management.
