Isaacs & Isaacs Law Firm is seeking a social media team member who can enhance the company’s presence and customer engagement on a variety of social media platforms. The social media team member will be responsible but not limited to:
– Create and edit engaging content in the form of text, photos, and videos
– Design content that will increase customer engagement metrics across all social media platforms
– Facilitate and engage in conversations with customers online and respond to all queries
– Develop a consistent social media posting calendar
– Oversee maintenance of all social media accounts
Desired experience:
– Expertise in variety of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn)
– Strong design skills, including video taping, editing, and photos
– Excellent communication skills, including writing
