Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Search Engine Marketer to assist with the execution of our SEO & SEM campaigns.
Candidates should have a range of experience from paid search campaigns on Google, LinkedIn and other search engines & social channels, to SEO management and digital footprint tracking.
Candidates will have a strong aptitude to identify KPI’s in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and customers.
A large portion of this job will entail constant reporting & analytic skills in terms of benchmarking progress and reaching KPI’s.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in planning, developing and implementing SEO strategy
· Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
· Regularly perform thorough keywords research
· Identify key SEO KPIs
· Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
· Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
· Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
· Assist Marketing Manager with campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
· Research and analyze competitor advertising links
· Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization
· Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
· Website maintenance & SEO tracking/ analytics
Qualifications:
· B.S.
or MBA in Marketing or Business Strategy functions
· Certification in relevant marketing & SEO courses/strategies
· 2-3 years of experience as Search Engine Marketing Specialist or similar role
· 2-3 years of experience with planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy
· Proven success in SEO & measurable KPI analytics
· Experience web analytics, marketing, and Website development
· Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics
· Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
· Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing
· Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
· In-depth experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
· Experience with SEO & SEM management tools (Spyfu, Google Adwords, Linkedin & Social Campaign Management etc.)
· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
· Team player
· Strong ability to report on daily achievements
· Great interpersonal and communication skills
