Senior Global Marketing Manager

Organizational Overview: Immunovant is a publicly traded, clinical stage biopharmaceutical company committed to developing innovative therapies for patients living with autoimmune diseases.

We are developing IMVT-1401, a novel, fully human anti-FcRn monoclonal antibody, as a subcutaneous injection for the treatment of multiple autoimmune diseases that are mediated by pathogenic IgG antibodies.

Phase 2 clinical development is ongoing with Phase 3 preparations underway.

The company is seeking an analytical thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our rapidly growing team.

The Role: The Senior Manager, Global Marketing will play a key role in building the commercialization plan for IMVT-1401 across therapeutic areas.

In this role, you will assist in developing the global product strategy and implementation of both marketing and educational programs across multiple indications; manage data analytics, utilizing primary and secondary data to deliver actionable insights and inform key business decisions; and partner with key internal and external stakeholders.

This position will take a leadership role facilitating the annual strategic and brand planning process, including strategic oversight of the global forecast.

In addition, this position will assist in delivering key global tactics, developed through market insights and actionable across stakeholders and markets of interest.

Key Responsibilities: Partner in developing the global product strategy; includes defining market opportunities, positioning, and messaging Oversee global brand forecasting process Manage the annual strategic and brand planning process, ensuring cross-functional engagement and alignment Collaborate with opinion leaders, external vendors and internal team towards executing commercialization plans and key global tactics Drive execution of market research activities Monitor competitive products and marketplace activities Oversee presence at key conferences and educational initiatives in preparation for launch Support development of marketing materials, obtaining input and approval through appropriate stakeholders Lead execution of digital strategy Develop and manage team budgets Requirements: BA/BS required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred 5 years of relevant biopharmaceutical industry experience with minimum of 2 years in marketing; functional experience in immunology or rare diseases preferred Demonstrated experience in leading strategically and driving performance efficiently Must be able to maximize various data sources, applying creative approaches to derive customer insights Excellent written and verbal skills; able to create and deliver impactful presentations to different audiences Highly proficient with MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills; able to support multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing startup environment
