If you are looking for a fulfilling experience, come join us to become Competent to the Core.nn nnJob Title : Sales Development Representative (Telemarketing) nn nnLocation: Mount Arlington, New Jersey nn nnPosition : Fulltime nn nn Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) will:nn Call prospects from pre-screened lists and connect with relevant executives and invite them to a conference call, to learn more about Korcomptenz and how we can add value to their business Enter call reports into the CRM system Send an outlook invite to the interested prospects with a bridge number Confirm with the registered prospects before the appointment date by e-mail & phone call to ensure high attendance.
Follow up with the prospects who don t attend and try to reschedule appointments.
Keep accurate records of conversations, so this key information can be used by the sales team to better prepare for the meeting nn Desired Skills and Experience: nn Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) Some basic sales or customer service experience that involved selling or upselling services, in a call center environment is preferred Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to strike rapport and initiating conversations.
Good MS office skills (Outlook, Excel) Coachable with willingness to learn and apply sales processes Well versed with basic computer and internet processes Strong work ethic & goal driven to meet targets High energy with the ability to make a high number of phone calls Log and track all activities accurately in our calling systems
