Sales and Marketing Assistant Nesco Resource is looking to hire a Sales and Marketing Assistant in McMurray, PA.
This position is 1st shift, with hours of work between 7:30AM and 4:30PM, Monday through Thursday, and 7:30AM and 12:30PM Friday.
The starting pay rate for this position is $20.00 per hour.
Duties and Responsibilities Associates will be responsible for the following tasks including but not limited to: Assist and provide solid customer relationship with our current and potential agent/agency staff with product knowledge and any other questions or concerns Generate and insure delivery of illustrations and premium quotes to agents and agencies Prepare and send out agent supplies (applications, brochures, forms, etc) Scan all agent records Assist with making changes to life insurance and annuity applications and forms Take sales related call, assist member or potential member with their needs Perform backup duties for sales office personnel when necessary Perform tasks or assignments as required by supervisor or management Assist with any project and perform duties as assigned and/or requested by the National Sales and Marketing Director or the Executive Officers Skills and Qualifications Associated qualified for this position must have the following: Associate’s Degree in Marketing or Sales, required Knowledge of the principles of marketing and advertising, preferred Life Insurance and Annuity experience, preferred Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong computer, internet and research skills are required Interpersonal skills Project coordination experience Ability to work well with others Self-driven, natural forward planner who critically assess own performance Professional written and verbal communication Publishing and graphical software experience, preferred Nesco Resource and affiliates (Lehigh G.I.T Inc, and Callos Resource, LLC) is an equal employment opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, or veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristics with respect to employment opportunities.
