This position is responsible for multiple consumer-based outreach efforts, including community management of BLICK’s social media channels, outreach and marketing for the BLICK Featured Artist program, and local and national consumer sponsorships consumer advertising.
This position will report to the Consumer MarketingManager and work closely with the Director of Marketing on strategic projects.Responsibilities:+ Community Management on Social Media Channels+ Liaison between social media and customer service team to respond to questions within at least 24 hours.+ Weekend and evening response times required, especially during holidays.+ BLICK Featured Artist Program Management+ Execution and ongoing management of the artist program to contract with artists, certain content for the landing page, identify marketing opportunities for each artist, and provide reporting on a routine basis.+ Execution and ongoing administration of vendor-provided artists and projects, including identifying marketing opportunities and providing reporting regularly.+ Outreach support to artists and assisting in making connections to other departments such as affiliate marketing, institutional sales, and top spending customers.+ Advertising+ Execution and ongoing consumer (non-social) advertising strategy while leveraging Artist Program insights for the creative team.+ Schedule and prioritize local and national advertising content for production.+ Local and National Sponsorship/Donation Program+ Assist with the refinement and implementation of overall sponsorship strategy.+ Work with Retail Marketing to drive store requests to the national donations page.+ Execute fulfillment of donation/goods with assistance from admin.+ Schedule and prioritize local and national sponsorships with identified organizations.+ Report routinely on the sponsored organizations.Skills:+ Excellent written and oral communication for internal and external audiences.+ Comfortable working with and presenting ideas to senior-level management.
Excellent organizational time management expertise and attention to detail.+ Ability to work independently as well as being responsive to the needs of other groups/departments.+ Microsoft Office skills required and experienced using Excel for data analysis is a requirement.Qualifications:+ Bachelor’s degree required.
