Job Summary:The Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) team is focused on delivering powerful customer experiences across marketing touchpoints by using data and tools to bring marketing to life.
The Audiences Strategy & Analytics team leads consumer analytics, business intelligence, and audience strategy for 1:1 marketing campaigns, focused on improving targeting, messaging, and channel strategies using data-driven insights.In your new role, you will ensure marketing campaigns are infused with insights and data-driven audience signals.
You will provide data-driven audience strategies and audience insights that take into account a variety of data sources and platforms.
You will be a consultant/interface between analytics/technical teams and marketing/business, ensuring we are constantly making and maturing data-driven decisions.
You will report to the Customer Engagement Manager III Audience Strategy.We encourage you to apply, even if you don’t think you meet every requirement in this posting.
In CEP, we’re looking for great talent, not just those who tick 100% of the boxes.Responsibilities: You will identify new audience signals, analyze existing signals, and present findings to aid in campaign development and optimization You will monitor the current inventory of available & in-market audiences, making sure it is accurate and up-to-date You will analyze audience performance and present findings to partners and leadership, as well as make recommendations for decisions You will work with the Audiences and technical teams surrounding audience data expansion and maximization opportunities You will prepare and maintain documentation on areas such as the current audience strategies and insight presentationsBasic Qualifications: 2+ years of experience with digital, programmatic, social, search, or CRM marketing platforms (e.G.
DV360, BlueKai, LiveRamp) and strategies 2+ years of experience using data and insights from multiple sources to provide recommendations Experience working in a matrix organization Passion for data exploration and finding insights Experience translating complex topics into easy to understand business terms Experience putting together deliverables for different leadership levels Desire to ask questions and get a deeper understanding of issuesPreferred Qualifications: Familiarity with SQL or Python Experience using or creating client-facing dashboards using tools like Tableau Experience leading a project from concept to completion Experience implementing process change across departmentsRequired Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or other related fieldAdditional Information:Benefits and Perks: Disney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life.
