What you will be doing We are seeking an ambitious, tech-savvy marketer to oversee and execute paid social and programmatic media campaigns that grow awareness and market share for Boost Mobile.
The successful Paid Digital Marketing Lead will work cross-functionally to create strategic paid campaigns that align with the brand and continually optimize campaign performance based on derived insights and target KPIs.
In this role, you will: Make and monitor recommendations based on the constantly changing digital landscape; Oversee quality assurance (QA) tag and implement tracking pixels; Partner with IT and external ad-serving platforms to troubleshoot issues; Assist in vetting and implementing new technology partners; Collaborate with marketing and analytics departments to drive digital campaigns and conversion rate optimization.

Skills and experience Successful Paid Digital Marketing Lead candidates have: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field; Four or more years of experience in digital marketing media; Experience using relevant paid publishing platforms (e.g.
Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ad Manager, Linkedin Campaign Manager, etc.); Proven track record delivering profitable digital marketing results and other KPIs; Experience with relevant office applications (Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio and OneNote).
Ideal Paid Marketing Lead candidates have: Strong understanding of emerging social media and marketing platforms (e.g.
Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, digital audio and connected TV), preferred; Experience leading and training others in media buying, preferred.
Compensation: $64,800.00/Year
