Our team helps brands manage, strategize, and execute Ecommerce sales operations in order to positively impact the P&L.
We have a rigid process for how we execute our client engagements through conversion optimization techniques, digital marketing strategies and data analysis.
General Responsibilities:
Manage, prioritize, and execute, assigned client accounts and regular status updates
Collaborate with other departments to align processes and solve operational issues
Strategize, plan, and implement paid media campaigns with the team
Manage and optimize sales performance including online marketplaces and B2B channels
Collaborate and communicate with external partners, vendors, influencers, etc.
Initiate, manage, and lead new or underutilized sales channels to stimulate growth
Maintain product pages, brand content & voice
Investigate, troubleshoot, and escalate technical issues
Monitor, analyze, and report on sales metrics (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to assess and communicate success metrics and help prioritize next steps
Work in collaboration with internal and external teams to achieve planned milestones
Continually optimize the processes, programs, tools to strive for continuous excellence and customer service
Help build and manage accounts, including operations, team training, development, administrative tasks
Must have experience with:
Digital Marketing implementation
Understanding of different business models and online sales strategies
Technical aptitude to quickly learn new systems, software, and channels
Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment and respond to changing priorities
Strong problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and the ability to work on several projects at once
