Job Title: Marketing Strategist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Other duties may be assigned:
Developing a deep understanding of available data from our print catalog and how this data can be used for different analyses to answer questions and solve marketing problems.
Supporting data-driven marketing projects by analyzing large, complex datasets to inform marketing strategy.
Reviewing and identifying opportunities for growth by analyzing digital behavior, product mix, transactional behavior and third-party data sources.
Tracking trends in member and market demographics, behaviors, segmentations and product adoption.
Measuring and communicating the performance results of our print catalog campaigns.
Collecting, evaluating and analyzing data on existing and prospective members to help recommend marketing strategies to increase potential market and member wallet share.
Profiling current members into lifestyle segments or in to other demographic segments to target similar markets for specific products and services.
Developing and analyzing quantitative and qualitative information used in making marketing decisions.
Reviewing and analyzing individual product, member and household data to help recommend marketing strategies
Recommending changes to improve processes to create efficiencies.
Assisting in all marketing efforts as needed.
Qualifications:
2-4 years in an analytical role
2-4 years in Marketing
Must be a proficient excel user
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Excellent communication and writing skills
Direct to consumer or retail industry experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00
– $110,000.00 per year
