The successful candidate will drive sales pipeline through rigorous and well-measured automation campaigns, as well as contributing to content development, thought leadership/webinar marketing, and other forms of demand generation.n n Responsibilitiesn Assist the marketing managers and the Director of Corporate Marketing in coordinating partner/event marketing programs, ensuring they meet lead generation targets Develop and execute email marketing programs, including segmentation, testing, deployment and continuous evaluation for improvement.

Build Pardot campaigns, emails workflows, rules, lists and automations as needed to support such programs Craft compelling copy and messaging to nurture and engage prospects through emails, landing pages, social media and other digital channels.

Maintain the marketing automation integration with the CRM and assist with other third-party integrations with the marketing automation platform.

Assist the internal operations team with troubleshooting and technical maintenance requests related to the marketing automation platform.

Collaborate with SMEs and the content manager to help develo p new content and blogs to support marketing campaigns and nurture programs.

Partner with our designer and content manager to create lead capture forms, email templates, high converting landing pages, and other digital media assets Proactively identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, nurtures, lead scoring, and demand creation through in-depth reporting and A/B testing.

n n Requirementsn 1-3 years experience working with marketing automation platforms, ideally Pardot Understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS and Javascript Pardot and/or Salesforce certification(s) are a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelor’s Degree required
