As a Marketing Specialist at Honeywell, you will be a part of the Smart Energy global business which supports the growing demand for energy efficiency solutions.
The Honeywell marketing team provides full-service marketing for our utility clients to deliver integrated, multichannel outreach campaigns.
Our marketing team has designed and deployed hundreds of successful utility marketing campaigns and engaged millions of utility customers to learn about energy usage and participate in utility-sponsored programs.
Our innovative approaches enable us to drive measurable, cost-effective results and deliver high customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:We are looking for someone in this client-facing role to execute on marketing tactics for our utility clients.
This person will assist building yearly marketing plans, managing budgets, and executing on those plans in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
The right person for this role will have demonstrated experience in:
• Working independently and proactively leading multiple projects and prioritizing marketing efforts while ensuring processes are followed and projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Assisting with integrated marketing campaigns, from concept to launch, including strategic development, creative briefs, creative development, securing approvals and back end analysis.
• Executing on multiple tactics including collateral, digital, website, direct mail, email, etc.
• Assisting with budget management to include setting up and managing purchase orders, budget tracking, and obtaining vendor estimates.
• Managing multiple external vendors and holding them accountable for quality delivery (creative agencies, digital, website designers, printers, etc.).
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and effectively partnering and collaborating with internal teams to meet goals in a matrix environment.
• Approaching business challenges by using problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, attention-to-detail and thinking outside the box.YOU MUST HAVE:
• Bachelors degree (in communications, business, marketing or related field).
• Minimum 1 year working in marketing-related role.

• Advertising agency or client-facing experience
• Energy/utility marketing experience
• Google Analytics experience
• Experience in managing projects and executing marketing campaigns such as direct mail, email and online advertising in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly proficient in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Highly organized and results driven.
• Excellent communication skills, proofreading, and attention to detail
