Job Summary:
Use knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to work with the marketing director on special projects and assist in the implementation of marketing and communication initiatives. Assist in developing and distributing marketing deliverables on multiple platforms including social media, email, print, presentations, and website. This position will share time time working in the office and remotely.
Essential Functions:
1. Create content for blogs, social media, email, and marketing collateral.
2. Manage and implement online and email marketing initiatives.
3. Write, develop and distribute key marketing collateral.
4. Monitor online marketing and social media trends and best practices.
5. Events planning and implementation.
6. Write and review communications for other departments as requested.
7. Develop marketing communications announcements and campaigns for providers and specialty groups.
8. Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, and executive bios.
9. Logo design.
10. Graphic design.
11. Other duties as assigned

Education and Work Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing.
3. Highly proficient with Adobe creative suite.
4. Highly proficient with social media.
5. Experience with graphic design.
6. Proficient with Microsoft office.
7. Portfolio of original work.
8. Willing to travel to NOMS facilities.
Environmental/Working Conditions:
Office setting, well-ventilated and well lighted. Work involves frequent telephone contact with patients. Work may be stressful at times. Interaction with others is constant and interruptive.
Physical/Mental Demands:
Normal office environment. Work is typically performed at a desk or table requiring the use of standard office equipment. Intermittent sitting, standing, and stooping. May view computer screen for long periods of time. Work may be stressful at times. Interaction with others is constant and interruptive.
