Marketing Generalist

AllHealth Network

This is a Full-time position in Englewood, CO posted October 31, 2021.

Provides support to help achieve AllHealth Network’s marketing and community engagement objectives.

Applies a wide range of expertise to set measurable objectives and communicates effectively with internal clients to ensure quality, satisfaction and completion of activities on time and on budget.

Goals and Objectives:

  • Create content and copy in English and Spanish (preferred)
  • Help write and design ads, websites and collateral
  • Tactical execution of marketing plans and projects

Director of Marketing & Community Engagement

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design, write, edit, and review content for ads, website, social media, collateral, and other pieces as assigned.
  • Works closely with the Director of Marketing and Community Engagement and other AllHealth Network leadership to ensure effective and efficient campaign and marketing project management results and outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain positive internal and external customer relationships in meeting agreed-upon deadlines with quality results.
  • Works proactively with internal clients to ensure alignment, efficiency, and coordination of marketing goals and tactics across the Network.
  • Ability to think independently and creatively, assuming appropriate responsibility and authority within the guidance of senior leadership.
  • Assists in monitoring progress against schedule and communicating issues as appropriate.
  • Incorporates organizational objectives and new opportunities with specific marketing tactics designed to attain measurable results with consideration of competition, barriers and opportunities.
  • Ensures brand compliance of all message development, promotion, and production of materials, including adherence to corporate identity/graphic standards and alignment with AllHealth Network’s brand promise.
  • Consistently strives to improve a proficiency in Lean methodology and proactively works to identify continuous improvement projects to solve problems.
  • Attends huddles and staff meetings.

    Attends other meetings, as requested; Maintains regular communication with the Marketing and Community Engagement team members to seek guidance and direction, as well as keep informed of activities.

  • Follow all AllHealth Network policies and procedures
  • Complete all required trainings as listed in Relias Learning (both online training and face-to-face training) within required timelines
  • Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education and ability of the employee.

Education: 

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field required; OR three years of related work experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience where each year of education equates to two years of experience.

Experience/Skills:

  • Experience with digital and traditional marketing, especially social media required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills (Spanish preferred) required
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Expert in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

Salary $52,000
– $62,000

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position.

Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values.

The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks’ total compensation package for employees.

Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.
