Marketing eCRM Lead
The Lead eCRM role partners with their marketing teammates to create email and digital signage campaigns that drive customer engagement through relevant personalized content by developing strategies to create, manage, and analyze daily email campaigns and use results to optimize and scale.
Responsibilities:
Manage all email campaigns, supporting the full customer lifecycle (awareness, engagement, conversion, retention, cross-sell, etc.) Develop personalized, relevant, and timely email marketing strategies to increase customer retention and frequency metrics Work closely with creative team leads to develop email campaigns that drive conversion and awareness Optimize email campaigns end-to-end, including concept development, audience segmentation, email deployment, performance reporting and ongoing testing and optimization for the email channel Effectively leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud to manage email campaigns, work closely with ESP to implement personalization at scale Lead channel learning agenda, testing design, analysis, and documentation Work with Marketing Analytics to optimize email reach and cadence, conduct testing and implementing personalization at scale Develop and manage daily and triggered email marketing campaigns from end-to-end, including concept development and content planning, audience segmentation and targeting, set-up, deployment, reporting and ongoing testing and optimization Manage digital signage merchandising campaigns
Work Experience: 4+ years successfully executing a Lead eCRM role
Minimum Education and/or Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or related fields, MBA preferred
Technical and/or Other Essential Knowledge: Effective interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop partnerships and achieve collaboration across all levels of the organizationProven ability to contribute to innovation and creative solutionsAbility to handle multi-tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environmentProven experience designing and delivering engaging presentations Proficient using the Microsoft Office Product Suite including: MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPointProficiency using Adobe Creative Suite preferredBilingual (English
– Spanish) both written and verbally strongly preferred
