Who We're Looking For: Marketing Digital Messaging Lead The Digital Messaging Lead is responsible for the growth and overall performance of the digital messaging (Chat & SMS) sales channels. This role requires a unique set of proficiencies ranging from multichannel marketing campaign management, marketing technology integrations, chat AI & bot integrations, and conversion rate optimization. Combining these skills, this position will work with our marketing, UX/UI, sales, and technology teams to continually improve Clearlink's approach toward growing our GP per user through digital sales channels. Breaking Down Your Day to Day Strategy & Innovation * Establish and communicate a clear strategic vision for the digital messaging channel that accounts for industry standards and competitive analysis * Identify ROI-based opportunities to keep Clearlink at the forefront of digital purchasing & customer experience * Clearly understand the entire marketing and sales funnel ensuring that any tactics put forth for digital sales drive the greater benefit to our Clearlink's vision of owning and optimizing the entire customer experience * Lead presentations to Clearlink's leadership on the strategy and performance Implementation * Enable marketing teams to find opportunities for an improved experience and conversion via Chat and/or SMS through the development of forecasting/modeling calculators so partners can understand what the business impact would be should they implement Chat and/or SMS on a given website or landing page * Work with business analyst to measure the financial impact and performance of implemented products Optimization * Develop a testing calendar and process to "always be testing" * Work cross-functionally with front-end development, content, design, and decision science to implement conversion optimization tests detailing what works and what doesn't * Establish processes to ensure all new chat and/or SMS implementations meet our standards and have the accurate attribution What You Need * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Internet Technologies, Business, Marketing or Data Analytics (or similar experience) from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience. * 4+ years of related experience and proven success building and scaling processes, teams, and technology with a track record of ROI-based marketing strategies and tactics. * Knowledge of industry-standard messaging platforms and technologies (LivePerson, ZenDesk, SalesForce, Twilio etc.). * Must have an analytical skillset and phenomenal attention to detail More About Clearlink Clearlink, a SYKES company, is an award-winning digital marketing, sales conversion, and technology company, headquartered in Salt Lake City.
