Hours: 8am-4pm
In an environment of continuous quality improvement, the Marketing Data Specialist is responsible for analyzing marketing, service and patient data to measure and monitor performance, assist in strategic direction and identify opportunities that enhance the performance of marketing and organizational initiatives. Exhibits the MHS Standards of Excellence and exercises strict confidentiality at all times.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Minimum five years marketing experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal and teamwork skills; strong editing and production skills required
- Knowledge and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and problem solve
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
Job Functions:
- Drive a methodology for consistent data capture, cleansing and enrichment across our multiple CRM and automation platform.
- Provide analysis and insights instrumental to targeting audiences, developing and refining media channel strategies and optimizing content.
- Researching consumer behavior to explore new market trends and opportunities.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports and marketing recommendations.
- Reporting on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement.
- Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data.
- Assist in social media development and placement.
- Assumes all other duties and responsibilities as necessary.
