Vice President of Marketing and Product Development
Mission
Provides marketing support for the brands.
Responsible for internal / external communications, organizational tasks, graphic design and tradeshow coordination.
Maintains department records and files.
Updates electronic information as needed (website, sales tools, third party databases).
Manages other assigned tasks with department priorities in mind.
Works in coordination with Marketing Communications Manager and other Marketing functions as needed.
Principle Activities
?
Create specification sheets, flyers, tradeshow collateral, presentations, email templates and other marketing collateral
?
Assist with and coordinate on making website updates and changes
?
Assist in updating and maintaining online tools
– resource center, distributor locator updates, Scotsman Print on Demand site and Scotsman Merchandise Site
?
Monitor and respond to marketing emails and website comment box inquiries
?
Proof read dealer advertisements and marketing material for accurate product and brand information
?
Maintain and update company collateral to corporate templates
?
Communicate and coordinate projects with external vendors – Web developers, video production, industry publications, and translators
?
Ensure internal employees and external vendors are adhering to brand guidelines and proper usage of logos, images and product information
?
Assist with receipt collecting and allocating marketing funds on a monthly basis.
Track marketing budget
?
Track inventory of marketing premiums, literature, banners, and tradeshow accessories
?
Coordinate conference logistics including: registering booth space and attendee badges, booking hotel accommodations, shipping marketing materials to and from shows, and creating show summaries for the Sales Team
?
Assist sales channel partners with website, images, logos and file requests
?
Assist with and manage tradeshow coordination, communication and execution
?
Monitor current tradeshow strategies and develop ways to improve processes and planning
