Job Summary

This position is responsible for developing, managing and driving strategies that improve conversion performance of ADT lead nuturing and contract strategy programs.

This role will leverage analytics to make data-driven decisions that optimize channels across the customer journey; improving conversion rates, and eliminating unprofitable activities.

Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional project teams including Channel Managers, Sales team, Testing Manager and Developers to plan, design, QA and execute test ideas.

Effectively communicate test results, insights and recommendations to Marketing and Sales leaders.

Maintain strong understanding of conversion points across customer journey to identify improvement opportunities/tests and help drive business decisions Provides insight to new technology tools and systems that aide our ability to increase performance.

Work with various technology and agency partners to find opportunities and execute programs.

Creates a culture of optimization across the organization.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish, document, and modify ongoing lead conversion tactics.

Build systems to continually improve ADT’s conversion optimization approach and capabilities
