TIBCO – we are just scratching the surface.**Overview**TIBCO’s demand generation department is a high-performing, data-driven marketing team that creates awareness of and interest in our company’s offerings.Our strategy accounts for every touchpoint in the buyer’s journey — all the way from anonymous visitor to delighted customer.

We leverage data in decision making, track marketing’s contribution to revenue and, most importantly, drive growth for TIBCO in the form of marketing originated pipeline.**What You’ll Do**
– Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s demand generation strategy
– Ensure marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes and content
– Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring success
– Update and maintain marketing platforms, including organizing and uploading content, gathering required files and information from relevant teams, tracking editorial calendars and ensuring timely execution
– Support the team by assembling and analyzing forecasts, setting objectives, planning and organizing presentations, and updating editorial calendars
– Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to relevant teams, and provide instructions for use or promotion
– Plan and manage marketing initiatives by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, developing schedules and assignments, executing, then collecting and analyzing results
– Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data, and provide recommendations to team**Who You Are**
– You are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant subject with intent to obtain a position in marketing, advertising, or sales upon graduation
– A proactive self-starter with superior organizational skills
– Must be comfortable working on several concurrent projects at any given time
– Ability to work accurately with percentages and present marketing metrics in a clean and precise manner
– Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
– Strong team player with a positive can-do attitude, curious, and passion to learn
– Ability to act with a sense of urgency while maintaining program execution excellence and attention to detail
– Fluent English to business level (written and verbal).
