As a key member of our marketing department, you will join a team dedicated to supporting our clients meet their carbon reduction goals.

Job Title: Marketing Associate

Solar Projects, LLC based in Irvine, CA is responsible for the group’s North American activities in the solar and storage sectors and has over 4 GW of project pipeline in the U.S.

and Mexico.

Responsibilities:
Assisting with the development and execution of the marketing plan, with a focus on campaign and events (brand and local/community level).

Execute the day-to-day operations for the marketing department, including implementation of Project Management software (Workfront).

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and agencies to develop marketing assets that support our activities in key markets.

Participate in the content development process to help set us apart from the competition, drive growth, and generate brand awareness in our key markets.

Assisting in the development of strong content, ensuring that we bring the brand to life across platforms.

Assisting in content development for internal channels and communicating local initiatives to global network of BayWa r.e.

companies.

Analyzing and tracking the effectiveness of activities and providing suggestions to improve the strategy.

Qualifications and Experience:
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) and Adobe Acrobat preferred.

Excellent editing and writing skills.

Outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills.

Experience with photo and video shoots and production planning is a plus.

Innovative and creative forward thinker ready to assist in delivering our annual marketing plan, including various marketing campaigns, events, and projects.

Eager to learn new skills and take on responsibility.

Self-starter with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Collaborative and can provide support to not only the internal marketing team but staff and partners at all levels.

An eye for detail and can spot mistakes from a mile away.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising preferred.

Related experience via internship or full-time employment.

Location: Irvine, CA

Travel: Up to 15% post-pandemic.
