Marketing Associate

Job description The Marketing Associate will work closely with the Managing Partner and rest of the marketing team to assist with implementing and executing the firm’s integrated marketing strategy, utilizing skills in digital marketing as well as branding and design, videography, and photography.

The position requires someone who has incredible attention to detail and unquestioned ability to multi-task many responsibilities and tasks simultaneously and to complete projects efficiently and accurately.

He/she will want to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, and will be willing to “pitch in” to help with ad hoc tasks within both the marketing team and other departments.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Implement the marketing strategy through print and digital materials (e.g.

quarterly newsletter, recruitment flyers, website assets), and marketing collateral
· Promote the thought leadership of the firm’s attorneys, utilizing the firm’s various marketing channels and creating new content (e.g.

presentations, case studies, videos)
· Responding to RFPs and preparing packages for potential clients
· Think creatively to propose and develop new design concepts for the firm’s print and digital marketing materials – graphics, layouts, flyers, ads, website assets, social media images, etc.

· Work with the firm’s web developer and other miscellaneous vendors
· Assist with the marketing and promotion of the firm’s other entities, including a firm-run charity, Adam Leitman Bailey’s books, and a blog site
· Support the day-to-day tasks of the marketing team, such as content creation in line with the firm’s voice and brand, helping to ensure the firm’s website and social media channels are regularly updated with both visually engaging and informative content, and providing general support to the firm’s promotional activity  Requirements for the successful candidate:
· 4-year degree
· 1-2 years of related experience in marketing, including content and visual marketing (branding, design, photography, videography)
· Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience working directly with C-level executives
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to maintain deadlines, multitask, and prioritize
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro) a MUST
· Familiarity with website design and development and/or experience with website re-design a MUST
· Experience with social media management software (e.g.

Hootsuite, Sprout) a PLUS
· Proficiency in WordPress (or other similar CMS) with knowledge of CSS/HTML a PLUS
