Salary Range: $47.50/hour $55.87/hourServes as the regional and interregional expert on the integration of line of business (LOB) and product marketing strategy and execution.

Drives the formulation of comprehensive LOB marketing communication strategies and executes plans consistent with, and appropriately responsive to, core strategies to grow LOB membership.

Translates strategy to action.

Partners with creative and other marketing staff to ensure team accountabilities are fulfilled and builds relationships across all levels of regional and Program Office (PO) organization.Essential Responsibilities:Translates regional market knowledge to other teams; understands carrier andplan purchase criteria (financial, benefit/plan offering, price point, admin/service requirements, communication requirements, channel touch points, message requirements, media access, frequency, etc.).Directs the development and evolution of product positioning, value proposition, and messaging for each target audience in support of the LOB strategies.Develops LOB strategy briefs for target audiences to inform creative brief development.

Components include but are not limited to: Business objectives, desired business results, current/desired behavior insights, audience profile/defining characteristics, current/desired belief insights, differentiating brand promise (value proposition, brand personality, brand essence, brand voice), overall positioning and support points, a.K.A.

reasons to believe.Creates regional marketing plan to complement PO marketing efforts, combining into an end-to-end tactical calendar.Defines, implements and evaluates key performance metrics; provides tracking updates on strategies and tactics to LOB partners and recommends necessary tactical plan changes as needed.Reviews and approves collateral created by PO marketing teams and ensures value proposition and message are on-strategy.Works with project manager and other team members to ensure accurate updates of product and other operational collateral.Tracks and managers budget in conjunction with Marketing Director and Operations Manager.Basic Qualifications:ExperienceMinimum seven (7) years of progressive experience in business line marketing strategy, planning, and execution.Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience.EducationBachelors degree in marketing, business administration or related field.License, Certification, RegistrationN/AAdditional Requirements:Demonstrated experience in defining creative strategy/value proposition, communication strategy, channel support strategy and integrated market launch plan.Ability to conceive, produce, and implement effective marketing strategy and plans.Launch plan components to include, but not limited to: Sales and channel support, collateral design, advertising and media campaign design, web-based strategy design, and other facets of LOB marketing.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written.and public presentation skills.Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail and intrinsic editorial expertise.Strong collaboration, team building, and personnel development skills and ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization.Ability to multi-task and adapt within a busy environment.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, needing minimum direction.An enthusiastic attitude.Preferred Qualifications:Masters degree preferred.If prior experience is in an industry other than health care/insurance, demonstrated track record in translating skills from one industry to another.Knowledge of health care, insurance, or other regulated industry helpful.PrimaryLocation :HoursPerWeek : 40Shift :Workdays : Mon FriWorkingHoursStart :WorkingHoursEnd :Job Schedule :Job Type : StandardEmployee Status : RegularEmployee Group/Union Affiliation : NUE-CO-02|NUE|Non Union EmployeeJob Level : Individual ContributorJob Category : External Affairs / Relations,Communications & Public AffairsDepartment :Travel : Yes, 5 % of the Time
