The marketing assistant should provide outstanding customer service, be an enthusiastic professional, and be able to build relationships with internal and external customers.

Job Responsibilities:Contribute and help with all marketing eventsProcess and follow up on agent orders or requestsCreate Spreadsheets and collect data for marketing reportsServe as a utility resource when needed in other areas of the departmentContact vendors and agents regarding work needed or eventsMaintain and protect operations by keeping information confidential Pickup marketing materials, materials from vendors and items for events as needed, misc.

Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Constant Contact, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Bilingual is desired.

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detailSelf-motivated and able to follow up on multiple tasks.
