YOUR ROLE
- Drives development of country with full P&L responsibility and leads local business performance review
- Orchestrates transformation and change in the country, implements initiatives across SBU, cross-BUs and cross-Henkel
- Develops short-/mid
– and long-term strategies and goals as well as drives their implementation
- Aligns local HR policies, cross-SBU topics for finance, IT, Purchasing, Legal and coordinates local administrative topics
- Identifies potential of categories and channels, initiates contact and collaboration with most suitable local partners
- Leads and develops local teams and talents
- Develops strong customer relationships on local level and / or international clients in alignment with global sales
- Steers route-2-market and net pricing
YOUR SKILLS
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Preferred 5+ years in leading the sales function of a strategic business unit with 1-3 years in FMCG or construction industry
- High team management skills and experience
- Strong negotiation, influencing and decision making skills
- University degree in related business field
- Analytical thinking and complex problem solving abilities
- High business awareness, goal-oriented person
