Help us build our global team of regional marketers and own highly targeted ABM campaigns, events, digital marketing, direct mail, paid advertising in the UK.

You will play a crucial role in pipeline generation and you will need to build and collaborate on the strategy for your team of global marketers.

What challenge awaits you? 

As the Head of Regional Marketing, EMEA, you will work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, Creative, Partner Marketing and Marketing Operations to design and execute integrated marketing campaign strategies while monitoring results based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).

You will use data-driven techniques to determine the right tactics and offerings and adjust your messaging based on campaign performance and goals.

You will be extremely data driven, creative and will draw insight from analysis, and then develop compelling, synthesized recommendations for how to target our top accounts.

You will persuasively communicate your marketing plans to the sales organization, implement these campaigns, and constantly review performance and the impact of your recommendations.

Your job will be to:

  • Manage a team of 3 Regional Marketers in CIS/CEE, DACH and the Nordics
  • Build the strategy, execution, and results of all marketing programs in the UK region
  • Identity regional trends, new partnerships and key channels to grow our brand awareness
  • Partner closely with the sales team to select the right target accounts, and then develop & launch programs to win those top logos.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to craft hyper-relevant, tailored programs that nurture top accounts from prospecting to close.
  • Work with event marketing to design integrated programs through pre-event, at-event, and post-event support activities and calls to action.
  • Get coverage on our target accounts within upmarket segments everywhere they go on the digital web.
  • Collaborate with the content, design and product marketing teams to craft content that our target accounts with the right message at the right time.
  • Partner with Global Campaign managers to tailor broader global campaigns on a 1:1 scale.
  • Build a holistic approach to revenue marketing by creating various campaigns that drive repeatable, predictable, and scalable results.
  • Create an aggressive pipeline by partnering with key stakeholders to execute various marketing campaigns including email, webinars, in-person events, social media, direct mail, paid advertising, SEO, etc.
  • Monitor campaign performance and delivery throughout the life-cycle of programs and assist in the development of best practices to improve ABM processes.
  • Report on campaign metrics and conversion rates in order to analyze past performance and identify new opportunities to improve existing campaigns.

Your success story will be:

  • In 30 days, you will build and launch your regional marketing plans for you and your team
  • In 90 days, you will report on regional KPIs by country
  • In 180 days, you will work on standardizing processes to scale ABM programs globally

You have the following experience and qualities:

  • Professional — experience in working extremely cross-functionally in a high paced environment with little direction
  • Personal — self motivation, independence, and creative mindset.

Professional experience

  • 8+ years of experience in ABM Marketing/Demand Generation
  • Experience in high-performing marketing teams and owning projects to deliver on aggressive pipeline expectations
  • Marketing technology background as a full-stack-marketer
  • Clear & proactive project management
  • Motivation and willingness to work on fast paced projects
  • Independence and self-organization to navigate you through ambiguous situations
  • Fluency in English and exceptional communication skills for partnering with marketing & sales
