Head of Digital Marketing

What You’ll Do

The Head of Digital Marketing will develop, implement, track, and optimize Company’s digital marketing strategy across multiple channels. Company partners with some of the largest brands in the world and our Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for maintaining an industry leading digital marketing roadmap for integrated campaigns from concept to execution. This role serves as a leader within the Company marketing department responsible for building a scalable brand worldwide.

Key Responsibilities & Outcomes:

  • Plan and lead execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns for Company’s global consumer base
  • Own and maintain digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, CRO, social media and other value driving initiatives
  • Lead Account Based marketing digital initiatives for large enterprise prospects
  • Develop internal digital sales enablement tools
  • Measure and report performance of strategy, funnel, and campaign statistics
  • Leverage analytics and user experience data to drive continuous improvement towards strategic initiatives
  • Work closely with all Company departments to improve conversions across funnel (Sales, Marketing, Customer and Product)
  • Drive innovation and modernization of Company’s digital marketing footprint and brand for new ways to reach, engage and convert target audiences
  • Serve as a hands-on, mission-oriented leader for the Company marketing organization
  • Develop consistent and growing digital/brand strategies, focused on B2B and enterprise organizations
  • Deliver creative and time aligned digital content to increase brand awareness and build prospect funnel
  • Inspire others within the organization to be marketing & sales oriented

Requirements

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Possess entrepreneurial spirit, drive and desire to develop within a high-growth company
  • 5+ years of experience as a top performing Enterprise B2B SaaS Marketing / Demand Generation Leader
  • Experience in ABM enterprise programs across many digital channels
  • Proven experience in modern digital marketing concepts, best practices and tools
  • Proven experience leveraging analytics to define and drive marketing strategies
  • Ability to support strategy definition for a scalable and extensive digital marketing program within a growth company (300%+ in a 1–2-year period)
