We are looking for an experienced Head of Content Marketing (m/f/d) responsible for building and owning our content marketing program at Sastrify.
You will grow our content across multiple channels and types, including blogs, webinars, white papers, case studies, social media, videos, infographics, and more to support our business growth, parterning with the broader Marketing team as well as Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
Own the content calendar, manage freelancers and external agencies and a team of direct reports, and make a big impact on lead generation and funnel acceleration through engaging, educational content that delivers value to Sastrify customers across their lifecycle from prospect to raving fan.
What you’ll do as our Head of Content Marketing (m/f/d)
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, developing strategy and leading the content marketing team and establishing the content marketing program
Working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing counterparts to build and execute compelling and relevant value-driven content including the Sastrify blog, website, webinars, newsletter, case studies, social media, white papers, and more
Owning the process for the development and execution of all Sastrify content including managing the editorial calendar
Actively thinking outside the box on ways to be creative and innovative in the content marketing arena and put customer success at the forefront of all content
Working with the Demand Generation team to measure and report on the results of all content marketing to continuously improve content effectiveness and business impact
Scaling your team: Manage and grow the team of content freelancers and a small content team of 2+ reports
Requirements
You have 5+ years of proven track record of building and leading startup & mid-market content marketing teams with a focus on B2B SaaS solutions
You are fluent in the modern content marketing tool stack including Hubspot, Webflow, Asana, and more
You possess relevant customer industry know-how and network, especially in B2B SaaS and selling to Tech Companies (C-Level, CTO, CFO and C-1)
You thrive in coaching and enabling your content team and helping your team meet deadlines and deliver on expectations
You have the ability to make fast decisions and you consistently aim to get to the best solution for the company and our people.
We always challenge the status quo, while listening and learning from one another
You possess great interpersonal skills and are a strong communicator
You have strong analytical skills and you can break down complex problems
You have outstanding written and oral ability in English, German is a plus
You are comfortable working remotely (we don’t have an office)
