We are looking for a best-in-class Director of Digital Consumer Marketing, an ambitious leader, who can join our senior executive team.
We are a recognizable, Direct-to-consumer innovative technology company, whose mission is to transform the next generation’s relationship between digital, tech, and services.

Our existing customer base is substantial, and the total addressable market is set to reach long term exponential growth.
This Director of Marketing will lead our entire D2C and B2B2C marketing function, and this role is central to our immense potential ahead.
As the Director of Marketing, you will be the company’s senior most marketer, involved in all facets of the business from brand, direct to consumer customer acquisition, retention, and support of our B2B efforts.
You will lead our existing team of talented marketers.
You will work cross functionally with Business Development, Sales, Product, Operations, and Customer Experience to ensure there is alignment and consistency across all channels.
You are energized by analyzing and defining the market opportunity with an emphasis on executions and creativity.
You are able to act both as a strong team leader and independently.
The Role:
- Develop and manage the company’s marketing budget, including multi-million dollar customer acquisition budget
- Ensure that Paid Media (SEM, Social, RTB, et) is optimized to its full potential
- Manage a team of Digital marketing experts and grow it
- Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities
- Define and direct marketing programs for demand creation and lead generation.
- Oversee product marketing including market and customer research, product launch management, product pricing, presentations, sales tools, competitive analysis, and general sales support
- Partner with Head of Customer Experience on Customer Lifecycle Management, including customer retention, upsell and referral programs
- Manage the company’s market and competitive analysis, customer segment selection and penetration plans, and related product positioning
- Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, white papers, trade shows, and collateral materials
- Build and implement website design, content, and infrastructure either directly or on an outsourced basis
- Raise awareness and visibility of the company, company’s products, and company’s technology.
- Interface with product management including product planning and roadmap.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience leading the marketing organization of a consumer company
- Best in class digital performance marketing expertise, specifically in paid search and social
- Comfortable receiving and providing compassionately direct feedback
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and distill complex and ambiguous scenarios into their important and actionable elements
- Proven ability to operationalize processes, instill best practices, and ensure executional excellence within a team
- Self-driven and highly accountable for delivering extraordinary outcomes
- Proven track record building a team and coaching/mentoring them to success
- An operational leader with an optimistic, problem-solving mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
- Enjoys leading and supporting others through ambiguity and change
NOTE:
This role is based in New Jersey and requires this Director of Marketing to be easily commutable to the office.
