Marketing Department Operations:Supervise all marketing department workload and workflow allocation to the appropriate graphic design team and copywriting members and coordination of projects with and among Marketing ManagersCoordination of internal Engage-corporate marketing projects in support of Engage brand awarenessManage Marketing Department Jira activity and provide timely project status reporting and project velocity/trade-offs and coordinate due dates with PMsAttend and interact with customers in Program Management meetings where applicable to anticipate and plan Marketing Department project needsWork with CMO to anticipate touchpoints of our internal workflow for bottlenecks and identify solutions to improve department throughputSocial Media & Company Website Management:Work with Marketing Managers to align all vertically specific digital marketing and demand generation strategy, tactics, and social media creative and publisher site selectionUse social media marketing tools, in collaboration with graphic design and copywriter, to create social media assets, access, and administration of social media Engage company sites and maintain the Engage brand for stakeholder awareness and sharingWork with Marketing Managers to develop, deploy and report on digital/social media marketing campaigns for each vertical marketInteract with customers and stakeholders via Engage social media accountsAnalyze Engage’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy; identify strategic weaknesses and make recommendations for improvementsResearch social media trends and inform management of changes relevant to the company’s marketing activitiesSetting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIsImplement online/digital demand generation and social media marketing (e.G. retargeting, PPC, Search display, etc.)Oversee daily interactions with outsourced vendors/agencies where appropriateInitiate design and copywriting of digital assetsTraffic to approved online publishersUse analytics tools to assess and modify our campaigns on a consistent basisCollaborate with CMO and Marketing Managers and responsible for Engage website content, design, and implementation including vertical industry landing pages and provide input on website strategyGenerate consistent reporting on website analytics and visitor demographics, user experience and provide usability optimization recommendations for site improvement and evolutionCoordinate with an internal or external SEO expert for natural site optimization and reportingCompany Culture:Be a strong proponent of and contributor to, the Engage company culture and its evolution
