What you will do on the Digital Team: Operating for growth of the brands from both top-line and bottom-line on Amazon Marketplace.

Includes P&L responsibilities and day to day operations on Amazon.

Ensuring optimal content, A pages and updated catalog on Amazon Marketplace and resolving any blockers to keep catalog from being live on Amazon.

Maintaining in-stock rate, Buy-box rate, pricing, promotions, Q&A and review management Keeping up to date on seller central features, options and policies to guide central teams on deliverables Building database of customers that shop with the brand to retarget for relevant brands/products Maintaining and improving review rating and sales rank Managing Amazon tickets, cases and account manager communication Working with senior managers in digital team to develop and finetune 3P vs 1P channel strategies Maintaining analytics dashboards while working with E-commerce Analyst and seller central reporting to track and optimize performance Monitoring competitor action and developing strategies to grow marketshare .

Requirements: What you will need: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/strategy and/or Amazon experience, Masters degree preferred 3-5 year of experience in Marketing, business development/category management on Amazon or other .com retailers Preferred experience working with Seller central (3P) Familiarity with PPC, SEO, content strategy, inbound marketing and other e-commerce selling techniques 3-5 year of business analysis with a highly analytical mind.

Comfortable with diving deep into data and painting a cohesive story to back strategy and projects Ability to measure impact and benchmark.
