Display/Paid Social Marketing Specialist – Remote

This is a Full-time position in MENDOTA, MN posted May 8, 2021.

In this Display and Paid Social Specialist role you will be responsible for the planning and execution of display and paid social campaigns for the Government Programs Brand and Growth team.  Working closely with our agency and internal partners you will assist with the strategy, campaign set up, campaign optimization and reporting of direct to consumer digital marketing campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist digital team members with the development of display and paid social campaign strategy
  • Manage daily campaign optimization, testing, tracking and performance measurement
  • Management/coordination with agency partner teams to ensure campaigns are optimally structured, setup, trafficked and are tracking correctly
  • Oversee creative development and approval process
  • Develop reporting and key insights on campaign performance
  • Evaluate and improve internal display and paid social processes to support strategic planning and implementation e.g. cost files, partner billing and audience setup

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing or Communications (or a related field)
  • 3+ years of marketing or communications work experience in a role with hands-on programmatic and paid social experience in either client, agency, agency trading desk or programmatic technology vendor
  • 3+ years of experience in digital media
  • 2+ years of experience with digital tactics and measurement specializing in display, paid social, video and native advertising utilizing both 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data sources
  • Advance proficiency with campaign tracking and analytics (campaign manager and Adobe Analytics)
  • Advance proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience across DSPs, DMPs, ad serving and brand safety platforms
  • If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas, In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience either client, agency, agency trading desk or programmatic technology vendor positions

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000.. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
