Direct Marketing Representative

MLM Home Improvement is looking for a highly motivated person to fill our Entry Level Marketing position.

Our marketing department is the face of our company and is responsible for meeting potential clients face-to-face to generate interest and schedule appointments for home inspections.

While in our marketing position, we offer endless training, support, and opportunities for advancement to those ready to maximize their potential.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
Inform customers about the services MLM offers and schedule free inspections
Travel to nearby installation sites, home shows and events
Attend daily meetings at the assigned home office
Ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Marketing, Sales or Retail experience is a plus
Must have a functional smartphone with internet access
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Excellent customer service experience

This is a physical role that will be expected to work outside in most elements
Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 10:00am – 6:00pm and every other Saturday from 9:00am – 2:00pm
