Digital Media Analyst, Marketing Analytics

Position Overview Hawaiian Airlines is looking for a high-performing individual and team player to join the Marketing Analytics team.

The main focus for this role is to generate business critical insights in support of Hawaiian Airlines’ global advertising program.

Key Responsibilities * Report to the Marketing Analytics team while supporting the Global Advertising team by fielding requests, attending meetings to keep informed of business, and building relationships to anticipate needs * Work directly with media agencies around the world to analyze highfunnel and low-funnel advertising across multiple traditional and digital channels * Be an active voice in agency performance and advancement of our personalization, targeting, and attribution efforts * Monitor day-to-day campaign performance and maintain in-depth understanding of HA’s overall business and marketing objectives; constantly analyzing campaign performance for optimization opportunities * Support Content/SEO team members with traffic data to quantify lift of paid advertising and identify new opportunities based on analysis of trends * Utilize visual storytelling through data and provide insights as actionable recommendations for both brand direction and ongoing paid media investments * Analyze external and internal performance data using web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics), dashboard and presentation tools (Tableau, PowerPoint), databases queries (SQL), spreadsheet (Excel) models, and campaign management software tools * Create executive-level PowerPoint presentations to provide market and consumer insights to other Marketing & Sales departments * Be an advisor to other marketing functions as the knowledge owner for advertising data, tools, processes and insights.

* Oversee advertising data tagging requirements, design, analysis and final user-acceptance testing working with IT in an Agile ticketing tool (JIRA) * Other duties as assigned Requirements Minimum Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience * 2 years of work experience in advertising media analysis or related * Excellent analytical skills and high degree of business acumen * Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills to tell actionable stories with data * Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy * Experience working with the management and synthesis of data distributed across multiple systems * Experience with Adobe Analytics or similar web analytics platform * Experience modeling and reporting in Excel, or similar tools * Experience working with large sets of data, including knowledge of SQL * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Must have received the COVID Vaccine by date of hire All applicants are advised that post-offer and/or pre-employment drug testing will be conducted, and they must successfully pass the drug test.

Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline or graduate degree * Experience working at a performance media agency * Experience with customer data platforms and Loyalty-based consumer data * Experience tracking anonymous and known consumers with a mix of first party and third party data * Experience with Adobe DTM or Adobe Launch * Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools to build and automate dashboards and reporting * Experience with identifying and presenting on key consumer behaviors and opportunities for personalization using digital journey analytics across multiple touchpoints * Experience in advanced analytic and statistical techniques such as multivariate and A/B testing, digital revenue attribution, customer segmentation, and marketing effectiveness About Hawaiian Airlines Hawaiian has led all U.S.
