Overview: We are looking for Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team Responsibilities: We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to focus on managing paid advertising and email marketing, along with other initiatives that drive lead generation and one-to-many strategy.
He or she must have a strong grasp on analytics and reporting.
This role will coordinate with marketing, IT, customer service and the sales teams to: 1) Provide digital thought leadership, 2) Plan & assist in the execution of customer facing digital strategy and programs for stormwater management products.
Measures will be discovering, implementing, testing and refining primarily email and digital ads, as well as other paid digital levers that drive awareness, loyalty and engagement.
This role will be challenged to continuously optimize and modify our approach based on measurement and evaluation of the effectiveness of the strategies and tactics that we implement.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the management of all email campaigns including but not limited to creating email briefs, editing messages, structuring AB tests and developing customer lifecycle automated journeysManage email marketing: strategy, calendar, implementation, execution, optimization, monitoring, reporting and analysis to increase revenueOptimize email programs through continual testing of creative, subject lines, cadence, offers, targeting, etc.Work with field to understand lead generation journeys and optimize where neededBuild journeys for nurture campaignsKeep email lists organized and maintain digital healthMonitor and optimize deliverability and ensure CAN-SPAM compliance to maintain high deliverabilityWork to gain whitelisting and remove any blacklisting where applicableMonitor, track and evaluate campaign performance based on KPI targets and baselines.
Have or work towards Google Analytics certification and Salesforce Pardot certificationStay on top of the latest updates regarding tools and User Interfaces (AdWords, Bing, Bid Management Platforms, eMarketer, SEMrush, etc.)Work closely with stakeholders to develop fully integrated search campaignsStay current on industry trends, focusing on how changes can help improve offerings to accounts and enhance our overall practiceBuild the digital acumen across the marketing and product management organizations and be the thought leader and advocate for digital marketingEvaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriateCollaborate with internal teams to create content and optimize the user experience across all channels and utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsCollaborate with external agencies and other vendor partnersInstrument conversion points and optimize user funnelsPlan, execute, and measure conversion tests to drive increased engagementEnhance and create digital customer experiences that drive engagementCollaborate with the strategic marketing managers and product management team to optimize online messaging and develop plans to optimize customer experiencesDevelop and test hypothesizes that deliver exceptional customer experiences and digital journeysWork with members of the IT team to improve functionality and UX to speed data collection and program managementIntegrate currently disconnected systems to implement a cohesive customer experience across platformsWork with marketing analytics to drive efficiency and insight through changes and improvements to the system, process, and online tools offeredCreates dashboards and infographics that allow for actionable insights to be placed in the hands of decision makersMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and other KPIs)MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelors Degree required in marketing, technology or related marketing field.Minimum 2-5 years previous experience in digital marketing or a related IT or digital fieldEXPERIENCEStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementA track record of developing lead generation strategy and developing programs that deliver quantifiable revenue growth and measurable return on investmentDemonstrated successful experience working in a complex matrix environment
