Champion is a world-class Public Relations & Digital Media Agency.
Champion is looking for a Digital Marketing Ninja to join the agency as our newest Digital Marketing Specialist.
This job is located in our Dallas office and not fully remote Responsibilities:
• Work with the Director of Digital Marketing to develop overall digital advertising strategy for maximizing marketing results utilizing the latest trends and best practices;
• Work with Champion Account Executives to develop and execute digital projects for multiple clients that can include Facebook advertising, Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, sales funnel optimization, email marketing, SEO, and other paid media opportunities;
• Monitor daily campaign performance and report changes to the Director of Digital Marketing;
• Establish deadlines and manage specifications for ad materials needed;
• Work with the creative team to develop high converting campaign creative based on past performance;
• Manage day-to-day activities, strategy testing and set-up of all paid campaigns on multiple channels;
• Measure, optimize and communicate results of our paid marketing efforts using vendor-specific dashboards and our own analytics templates;
• Project management: Manage task lists, meeting agendas and communication calendars across all digital clients;
• Research and test growth strategies and advertising tactics to optimize spend and lower cost-per-acquisition;
• Collaborate with marketing account teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs;
• Create monthly analytic report for clients and account representatives; and,
• Understand and continue development in social media best practices, online reputation management and engagement tools.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or relevant degree
• 1 years of experience working in a digital marketing role
• Ability to remain agile in a fast-paced setting
• Strong experience with Facebook ads and conversion tags (pixels)
• Experience working with Google Ads and optimizing accounts
• Understanding of email marketing and best practices
• Experience in creating and or optimizing conversion funnels
• Superb written communication skills
