Responsible for driving end-to-end campaign creation, execution, delivery and measurement, primarily leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud email/journeys, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Manager (CMS), and Adobe Analytics. Provide strategic technical guidance and creation of SFMC campaign journey/workflow design, to execute email campaign activation and delivery. Develop automated digital campaign delivery process across platforms; e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Social Studio, Adobe Target. Lead efforts to drive campaign connections across Salesforce systems Sales Cloud (CRM), Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Marketing Automation), Service Cloud, and Social Media (Salesforce Social Studio). Work with Business Owners and Program Manager on campaign tactics, goals-setting, objectives, KPIs, and timing.

- Creation of SFMC campaign journey/workflow design, to execute email campaign activation and delivery.
- Develop automated digital campaign delivery process across platforms; e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Social Studio, Adobe Target.
- Support efforts to drive campaign connections across Salesforce systems Sales Cloud (CRM), Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Marketing Automation), Service Cloud, and Social Media (Salesforce Social Studio).
- Own Salesforce Marketing Cloud database audience segmentation process.
- Manage key relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners within the organization(s).
- Build Salesforce performance reporting and dashboards, along with email reporting notifications.
- Define lead flow process with a keen understanding of Einstein Lead Scoring.
- Develop automated email delivery mechanism levering automation studio for file transfer and or reporting.
- Point person for creating campaign segmentations for internal partners based on targeted audience attributes.
- Create Data Extensions, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Pages, Email templates, and CTAs associated with campaign journeys.
- Proactively monitor campaign/journey performance and delivery goals, escalate delivery issues when necessary, enable best practices for email/campaign/journey optimization to meet internal KPI’s.
- Review and understand the current technology Salesforce Eco-system and mar-tech stack, staying up to date on new enhancements and available features within various marketing technology platforms.
- Integrate the Speak Human guidelines into all campaigns and deliverables, internally and externally.
- Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field required
- Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant or Certified Email Specialist
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) including Journey Builder journey creation, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Connect integration management, Data Extensions, Cloud Pages and AI (R)
- At least 1.5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget development and implementations skills (R)
- Healthcare, Pharma, and or Insurance related industry experience, preferred (P)
- Strong client-focused orientation and business relationship skills (R)
- Ability to act as a change agent; to operate with urgency; and to challenge the status quo (R)
- Ability to create and deliver results-orientated campaigns simultaneously across multiple products and corporate initiatives (R)
