This role will support the Market Performance Director responsible for market share and flow share reporting and associated analysis with implications using advanced analytics, statistical modeling, primary research, and third-party data.
The analysis informs Coxs Residential and Commercial competitive strategy across markets to maximize long-term profit and customer growth.
He/she is responsible for collaborating with the Consumer Insights and Marketing Analytics teams in the development of the reporting.
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions Assist in the development of statistical models and quantitative analyses.
Demonstrates technical expertise in analytical or statistical methodologies and problem solvingAssist in the production of quarterly market and flow share reports for all product lines as well as national comparisons for Internet, Video, and WirelessAssist in the preparation of primary research studies to inform market performance measurementCollaborate with boundary partners, including consumer insights, marketing analytics, etc.
to inform market performance in comparison to competitors and other telecom companiesAssists in the development of presentations and documents, communicating results that align with business issues and challengesArticulate findings to internal customers with easeObtain and maintain a working knowledge of CCIs products and business objectivesDemonstrates Cox Core Competencies, particularly in championing innovative approaches and business change.
