Content Creator and Marketing Assistant

JPW Building, also known as Guaranteed Roofing, is seeking an entry-level content creator and marketing assistant to join our team.

This person will be responsible for creating written and/or video blog content.

In addition, social media content, some SEO optimization research, long-form video, and other special projects such as podcasting, and creating advertisements will be part of this individual’s duties.

This is the ideal position for a friendly and diligent person looking to expand their knowledge and utilize previously learned content skills.

Ideal experience or knowledge of the following platforms and skills:
Blog writing
Content creation for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Tik Tok
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro
Photo and video editing
Video shooting for YouTube and other social media platforms
Social media marketing
A college degree in marketing, journalism, english or writing is preferred but not required.
Exceptionally good grammar and spelling skills
Microsoft Outlook and Teams, SEMrush, HubSpot
Preference given to those who have shot videos before and have their own camera/video editing computer
The above skills and experience are ideal, however, feel free to apply even if you do not have experience in all facets.

This is an entry-level, collaborative position with room to learn and grow.

Position is MOSTLY REMOTE with approximately one day per week at jobs taking photos and videos of our work.

We can also accomodate someone who would prefer to work in-office.
