In this CMO position, you will work at a strategic level with stakeholders, partners, and the companies Executives. You will use your extensive Marketing knowledge in the Home Health or Hospice industry to implement digital marketing strategies.
Your daily duties and responsibilities in this role will generally include:
- B2B Marketing Strategy
- Conducting marketing analysis of marketing strategies
- Converting data analytics to targeted campaigns
- Implementing company communications, brand awareness, and employee engagement
- Comfortable with SaaS
- Leading a small team
- Re-branding and launching large paid digital media campaigns
- Using Google Analytics and Salesforce to creating reports and analyze marketing campaigns
- Using knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SEO
- Experience in a start up environment is a plus
- MUST HAVE experience in a Home Health or Hospice Program
- MUST HAVE experience leading strategy for $100M+ revenue home health and hospice businesses
- 10+ years of Marketing experience in the Home Health or Hospice industry
- Bachelor’s degree required, Masters degree preferred
- Must be open to traveling
