This is a Full-time position in Addis, LA posted November 18, 2021.

Position Overview The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development of marketing and communications plans/programs.

Responsibilities include development of strategic marketing plans to drive branding, lead generation including advertising, brochures, website development, presentations and trade shows.

Responsible for the coordination of complex projects in the areas of advertising and promotional programs, public relations and trade shows, internet-based communications and special promotions.

Primary Job Functions Marketing/Advertising Develop and implement Advertising Strategies which include sales, general company literature initiatives and recruiting.

Responsible for all Marketing technology including marketing automation, social media, personalization, and marketing analytics.

Develop advanced marketing automation functions such as segmentation, campaign workflows, data mapping, user journeys, drip campaigns, triggered email sequences, email templates, forms and form pages, etc.

Develop and drive mobile and online tool strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

Develop marketing materials and requirements to create uniform marketing initiatives and messaging.

Partner with Sales to create presentation materials, documents, etc.

(as needed).

Responsible for identifying, organizing and participating in industry tradeshows.

Manage external vendor relationships related to marketing and advertisement initiatives.

Sales Administration Develop company documents, templates and sales tools in support of management.

Ownership of CRM tools and requirements to mine pipeline information for reporting to management.

Develop and supply reports to management on marketing, sales, and customers.

Secondary Job Functions: Partner with President and Vice President to develop company branding and public relations activities.

Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or other related field.

3+ years in a marketing role with direct responsibility for market analysis, marketing campaigns and lead generation.

Experience with B2B and B2C integrated marketing (digital marketing, branding, segmentation, messaging, content marketing, digital design, copywriting, email, direct mail, website, demand generation, media placement, etc.).

Excellent project management, problem solving, and interpersonal skills within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Must be extremely pro-active and always seek new ways and methods to attract new prospects.

Experience with marketing automation, CRM, web and mobile personalization Advanced computer skills such as MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite products or equivalent graphic design software.

Valid driver’s license.

Reliable personal transportation with valid liability insurance.

Fluent in verbal and written English.
